Wow!

One of K's oldest friends called me today.  He asked me about all the kids and asked how I was.  He mentioned talking to K and said he was really quiet.  He said he didn't mention us being divorced or separated.  I told him we are not divorced yet but I'm working on it. 

He offered to help to get E driving.  I've tried to get E up to practice but it's hard because our schedules are kind of opposite. So, maybe that will happen, I can dream. 

So we shall see.  He talked to me longer than K has in a long long time, even before he left. 

He called K because he is looking for work.  I don't think K offered him anything because his friend has always been my friend too. 

He's an ex cop.  He's not my type but it's nice to have a friend. 

So exhausted.
