A gift card to help with Thanksgiving.
I hope it is okay if it goes toward gas money to get to Thanksgiving dinner.
I am hoping my Mom remembers me.
I am so tired and stressed out.
Years ago, we'd pack up and go home for a weekend quite often. It was a great get away. We'd leave the bills and stress behind and let others cook for us and take care of us for a couple of days and they seemed to enjoy doing it.
I don't expect to have that feeling anymore going there, but if she can just remember me, it will mean the world to me. I told the kids, that is all the Christmas I will need, if she remembers me just one more time.
