When I applied for this job, I put open availability. I need money. I'm exhausted. I'm hoping my body adjusts to all this but my goodness my ankles are sore after three 8 hour days. I'm ready for a couple of short days (Wednesday and Thursday I have 4 hour shifts) I have today off and I am making chili and apple pie. 2 of Ken's favorites. We will enjoy them without him. ;)
I've been thinking about him a lot lately. It's hard sometimes to believe he's gone. The whole he's broke but driving a new car thing hits me and the realty is just frustrating.
I still have to find out when I get my first payday. I hope to take Z for a little treat when that day comes but we shall see. We are getting behind here with no income from me. I'm trying though. I'm still hoping I'll hear from that charter school, they could be moving slower than their main office. I'll keep applying there too, it can't hurt to have my name cross their desk a few times.
