It's what is bugging me! My blow dryer died. :( I hate to buy a new one, I'm the only person that uses it. I'm a bit vain about my hair and I know that is bad but I am.
So, I might cave and buy one, even though I shouldn't.
Now my Hanna is getting sick. She has asthma. I looked up free/low cost clinics in our area and the hospital she was born at actually has one at it. I will have to try calling tomorrow to see what sort of hours they offer. She isn't that bad yet, but I worry what is to come. She doesn't normally just get sick and then get better. :(
I feel tired all day until it's time to go to bed. :( Ah life.
Trugreen has always laid guys off like that in the late fall. What is awful is they also take all insurance away. Not even a warning of a week. My blood pressure medicine is about to run out. I will ask at that number if I can get a refill from them.
I wish he was just laid off. They said his job was terminated. Ken calls it fired. I guess that is what it is.
We were talking about it all today and it makes no sense at all. None. I don't get it.
He doesn't get it. Poor man worked so hard for them. Monday he hauled five tons of ice melter for them. He had to stack it himself at a condo place. Then he went back and worked all day getting his plow ready for plowing season. Then he got let go.
Fingers crossed those lawyers think we can get something. I know they'd get a piece of it, but I just don't care right now. A severence package is all we'd really need.
If not, not sure what will happen. In the meantime, we are getting his resume together. My brother said his employer (DTE) will be hiring people in January, the jobs will be posted on my birthday.
Time will tell.
