Well....

What a relief!

So we went for Amanda's heart check up today. She's been going every five years for the past three visits. Today someone listened to her heart and said "It's making a sound it wasn't before, I will talk to the doctor and be right back." Yikes! She scared us! So she came back and said the doctor wants an echo cardiogram. So, down to the lab we went for the echo...

Back to the room and wait...wait..wait...

The doctor came in and he was so happy! He said things look great! He said he wished he could take credit for how her heart is, but he's still happy happy things look so great! When she had the procedure done, oh 19 years ago (I think!), she had a different doctor and even different doctors did the balloon angioplasty. Anyway, we were so relieved!

I feel exhausted tonight, hopefully I can sleep well.

The snow is melting and it's rained off and on today. My head! I had a migraine today, not sure if it's the weather or stress of the day or both, but hopefully the boy will go to sleep soon and I can try and get some sleep myself.
