The lawyer typed up a divorce agreement.  He's mailing it to K.  His girlfriend is probably the only thing standing in the way if she doesn't care for the wording on it.  If they refuse it (I say they because I know she will give it the final approval.) then we have to modify it.  This all has to be done by December 10th.  Only thing is, I have a lawyer and he does not.  He's broke. 

I wish I hadn't had to spend my money on that with Christmas so near but we will figure that out.  Hopefully child support starts soon.  It won't come Monday, their offices were closed most of last week.  If nothing comes, I can call and see if they've gotten any money from him. 

We will bake, we will play games, we will drive each other crazy.  Hopefully we will make the boy happy.  That's what most important to me.
