Here we go!

Got the court date today for child support.  It's the second day of the school year.  My second official day of work at my new job. 

Ugh!

I called and talked to the woman, tried to move the day or time and she said she can't do that but she can take my information over the phone.  This hearing is more for the absent parent she said.  She will site that I have a new job starting that week and I could not miss. 

They will take his information, tell them what I want and if he agrees, they will order child support.  If he doesn't agree, a hearing is set where we go in and fight for him. 

I want sole custody with reasonable visitation.  It's basically what I've had, I just don't know if he will agree to it.  It's what the boy wants.  It's what I want too. 

So, we shall see. 

I'm emotionally exhausted. 

We are just weeks away from having a bit more money and I can't wait! I just can't wait!!

I never got to go anywhere this summer.  I had hoped to get to Canada, but I haven't given up, just not happening this summer.  :) I still hope to get there, I would love to see Niagara Falls in the spring/summer/fall. They were so pretty in the winter, they must be spectacular in the warmer months.

I miss the boy.  He's the one that is usually up with me in the morning, and we go to bed about the same time.  The others are on their own schedule.  ;)
