Stinker, ugh!
Let herself run out of contacts and didn't say a word to us. I may or not have been able to help her. She would have had the money in the fall though with her financial aid. Mine went to pay for utilities. Hers went to pay for crap and movies and more crap.
Ugh! :(
I found out this morning by her just wearing her old glasses. They are old, from before when she got contacts some three or four years ago.
We have vision insurance, they wouldn't have cost her that much, under $75 I'm sure.
There's more and I'd like to scream at her neck about now. :( She's 21, not a child, nearly 22. I had a child when I was 22.
*sigh* What am I doing wrong? :(
it's life lesson. Won't kill her to wear her old ones for a while. Next time she'll be more careful. We all make those kinds of mistakes. Don't beat yourself up.
